We are available to offer consultation services and we have a passion for collaborating with organizations to offer workshops/groups committed to fostering equity and diversity in their programs for clients and staff.
In conjunction with organizations such as the Ellie Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Natalia has developed workshops and support groups for BIPOC clients who have been diagnosed with cancer, addressing clients' unique emotional and cultural needs. Natalia has also collaborated with organizations to help create environments that support and mentor BIPOC staff members. With a deep understanding of the challenges that historically marginalized communities face when trying to access mental health services, Natalia is able to work closely with organizations to enhance cultural responsiveness and create safer, supportive environments for both clients and staff. Her holistic approach empowers organizations to implement sustainable practices that honor and elevate the voices of BIPOC individuals.
If you are interested in having Sin Miedo Counseling partner with your organization to develop programs for BIPOC clients/staff or host a workshop, please use the Contact Us form to set up a time to discuss!
