We are so glad you're here!
We offer individual counseling to clients in Texas, Massachusetts, and Virginia.
Founded by two Latina therapists, Sin Miedo Counseling strives to offer affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally-attuned services to clients.
How We Can Help:
If you're trying to break unhealthy patterns in your life—whether they are things you've learned from your family or habits you’ve noticed in how you treat yourself and others—you’re in the right place.
As two first-generation Latina therapists, we understand how hard it can be to figure out what’s not working in your life and try to change it, especially if going to therapy isn't something that's normalized within your family or community. We know that the path you are on can feel isolated and overwhelming. Which is why we created Sin Miedo Counseling - to support cycle-breakers like you.
We offer counseling that is warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental so you can feel that you have someone who has your back while you work towards the change you want to see in your life. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or down, we can help by offering strategies to help you regulate your nervous system and challenge that inner critic who is telling you that you don't deserve joy or rest in your life.
If you're nervous about starting counseling, that's okay. We got you and we'd be honored to join you in your journey.
